We are proud to announce that DXN Holdings Bhd has signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Invest Kedah Berhad to explore strategic initiatives in agroforestry, aquaculture, and eco-tourism across the state of Kedah.
The MOU signing ceremony was the highlight of the official visit by YAB Dato’ Seri Haji Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor, Menteri Besar of Kedah, to DXN Cyberville. His presence underscored the importance of strong public-private partnerships in advancing Kedah’s long-term development goals.
This initiative—spearheaded by our Chief Operating Officer, Mahmood Hisham, and Aldan Lotfy—represents a meaningful step forward in our commitment to inclusive, sustainable growth. The first project under this collaboration, a fish hatchery on Pulau Tuba, Langkawi, began operations in March 2024 and serves both commercial and conservation purposes.
