This is an interesting balance test you can try. What you need to do is close your eyes then lift one foot (left foot if you’re right-handed, right foot if you’re left-handed) about 6 inches off the floor, bending your knee at a 45-degree angle. Then time how long you can stay upright without teetering or opening your eyes. Then check your results against the balance chart.
The longer you can stand, the younger your physical body is.
